SPOTLIGHT ON: MUD AUSTRALIA

In the coming weeks, you will soon see some beautiful coloured ceramic pieces splashed about the House & Court Instagram account. A brand, Mud Australia create these gorgeous pieces. We have just completed our second Art Series photoshoot featuring Mud Australia, Murobond & Accessories by G. We will tell you more about this later.

Today I want to SPOTLIGHT Mud Australia, so you fall in love with them like we did.

Shelley Simpson created Mud Australia in 1994. There is an emphasis on pure minimalistic form finished in a stunning matt & gloss coloured glaze.

These little gems are made ethically, right here in Sydney, Australia. Being that the pieces are appropriate for cooking and serving food, the glazes are all non-toxic and are environmentally friendly.

The range consists of plates, bowls, serving and bakeware. You will find teapots and teacups, jugs and carafes. We adore their vases & are just so excited about their lights.

The colours are rich in pigment, providing a subtle depth to the colours. These colours have made MUD AUSTRALIA an iconic Aussie brand, one which is now thriving in New York, Los Angeles & London.

MUD AUSTALIA can be purchased online, in either of their four retail outlets; Mosman, Surry Hills, Double Bay or Fitzroy.
